TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WATER PLANT SERVICE Company undertakes to maintain and service of the existing water treatment plant of the customer on the following terms and conditions:

1. This one year maintenance contract will be only valid if the contract amount is paid in advance by cheque/electronic payment transfer in favor of WATER PLANT SERVICE.
2. Six periodical service visits will be given in this Yearly maintenance contract.
3. The company shall in the aforesaid period, render services and carry out repairs as and when required in the event of breakdown / malfunctioning of the equipment, on the intimation by the customer.
4. CIP with chemical as & when required according to performance of the system will be free in this contract period.
5. Repairing of spare parts will be covered in case of comprehensive service contract. Replacement of any parts are not covered in this contract & the Same will be charged as per the company price list.
6. The repairing or replacement of parts will be subject to availability from OEM through their normal sales channel in India.
7. WATER PLANT SERVICE is not responsible to give replacement of the spare of any particular brand or recommended brand name.
8. The contract does not cover accessories and non-functional parts viz. pipes, flexible tubes, nozzles, T-cock etc.
9. The contract does not cover any Add-ons fitted onto the machine, which is not the part of standard accessories supplied with the machine as mentioned in the manual.
10. Pump’s, Sand ,Carbon, UV lamp float valve, cut out switch, low/high pressure switch or any other Electrical parts will only be repaired in the comprehensive Yearly maintenance contract period.
11. Every visit of our service person will be made within reasonable time from receipt of complaint for breakdown of the equipment and will be made only during working hours (9.30 am to 5.30 pm) of our service department and no visit will be made on Sunday’s/holiday’s
12. Under this 1 years maintenance contract period following services are excluded:
    a) Chrome plating / Painting / Buffing of the body, panels, anodizing the chamber or housing or any such parts of the equipment.
13. This contract is neither terminable before the expiry nor transferable in the event of resale/gift to any other person.
14. In order to enable WATER PLANT SERVICE to discharge its obligation under this contract, customers shall notify in writing any change in the address within 15 days of such change.
15. It shall not be the responsibility of WATER PLANT SERVICE to send any reminder or any communication to intimate the expiry or renewal of the contract. The onus of the renewing contract rates with the owner.
16. Service calls will be attended within 24 Clock hours after the complaint lodged.
